Obituary of Anne R. Gibbas

Anne R. Gibbas, age 81, of West Norriton, PA passed away on Sunday, November 26, 2023.

She was born in Norristown, PA on April 17, 1942, the daughter of the late Thomas J. and Anna  R. (Wacker) Kane.

Anne lived most of her life in the Norristown area.  She worked as a Nurse's Aid at the former Montgomery Hospital.   

She was the wife of the late Eugene  E. Gibbas.

She is survived by three sons, Eugene (Debbie) Gibbas of Harleysville, James (Colleen) Gibbas of Conshohocken, and Marc Gibbas of West Norriton; sister, Kay Towson of Delaware; three grandchildren, Lisa, James Jr., and Franklin; and five great grandchildren.  

Along with her husband and parents, Anne was preceded in death by her daughter, Jennifer Gibbas; sister, Mary Hewitt; and brother, Thomas J. Kane, Jr.

Services and interment will be private.
