Obituary of Joseph A. Greco

Joseph A. Greco, 88 of Malvern Pennsylvania (formerly Valley Forge and Norristown) passed away peacefully at Paoli Hospital on October 13, 2021.

Joseph was born in Norristown, PA on October 15, 1932 to the late James and Anna (Marinari) Greco.

He was the husband of Rosemarie (Odorizzi) Greco and happily married to his sweetheart for 66 years. He is survived by wife Rosemarie, and sons, Gary of Eagleville, Joseph J. of Bryn Mawr and Dr. Timothy of Gulph Mills, PA.  
He is also survived by daughter-in-law, Maria and 4 amazing grandchildren, Jacqueline, Matthew, Joshua and Olivia and a great grandson, Gianni.     


Joseph was a founder of Professional Systems Corp. and together with his son Joseph J, built a small printing business into a leading North American provider of outsourced billing and payment technology, which became PSC Info Group and is now RevSpring.

He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War on the aircraft carrier USS Tarawa (CV-40).

He was a loyal officer of The Commercial Club for 25 years.  

Joe or "Buck" as he was known by some of his closest friends/family, was a rabid sports enthusiast who loved the Phillies and Eagles, but Villanova Basketball was always his first love.  In recent years, he became knowledgeable of the global game of soccer and was a loyal supporter of Major League Soccer's Philadelphia Union. 

Viewing will be held for family and friends at Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 300 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA  19428, Wednesday, October 27, 2021, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM.

Funeral mass officiated by Father Robert Hagan will be held at St. Thomas of Villanova, 800 East Lancaster Avenue, Villanova, PA, Thursday, October 28, 2021, at 10:30 AM.

Entombment in St. Patrick's Mausoleum, East Norriton, PA.
